What happens if the weather is bad the day I booked for? 

If you arrive for your activity and it is bad weather rendering the activity less appealing our suppliers are flexible and happy to reschedule for a later date during your stay. If for any reason it is impossible to have your activity due to the weather then we will refund you once you return from your trip provided it was agreed with the supplier in resort at the time of your intended booking. Please note that you should still arrive at your booked time and present yourself to our supplier - and agree with them alternative arrangements. If you simply do not turn up for your activity we can not provide a refund. 

What should I do if I cannot print the voucher?

Can I pay cash on arrival?

No you have to pay when you make the booking by visa or mastercard on the website or over the phone.

Is the price more interesting in resort or on the Internet?

It is always better to book in advance on the internet! We guarantee never to charge a higher price than in resort and most our products are already at a lower selling price than the public price available from our suppliers once you are there. On top of this we often have special offers in place - watch our home page for details!

May I change my booking?

We can make modifications to your booking up to 7 days before your start date providing the services you wish to change too are still available. We charge a 5€ administration fee on all modifications.

How do we find our activity once we are in resort?

Address details and/or a description will be on your voucher once purchased. If you regard the product description for your resort on our website there will also be details of where to go and often a link to a map. If you have any problems then give us a call.

What methods of payment are available?

We accept payments by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). If you are having problems making a payment online or do not have a visa or mastercard please give us a ring on 01273 358076 and we will take your payment over the phone.

What do I do if my payment has not been accepted?

On rare occasions you may receive an email saying your card payment has been refused. This is usually because your bank has treated a large payment in euros as unusual activity and blocked the payment. Can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel without any charges up to 48 hours before your start date if you have bought our cancellation insurance. Otherwise the full amount of your booking will be kept. Cancellation insurance costs 10€.

How long after the reservation do we receive the booking voucher?

Normally you should receive the voucher by email within the hour of you booking online.
